Job Summary: The Janitor will work in conjunction with maintenance staff to coordinate an appropriate schedule to meet the regular operational maintenance requirements of the property. This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule.COVID-19 Vaccination required.
- Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
- Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
- Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
- Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.

- Limited number of staff onsite at properties to enable everyone to safely distance while completing critical tasks.

- Provided onsite employees with quarterly bonus pay to help them and their families during this time.

Requirements:
PAY: $17.00/hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
- Experience with janitorial routine.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in property management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Ability to perform minor repairs.
- Good communication skills; able to understand and follow directions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
