Floor Care Technician needed. Full time - Nights.

Floor Care Technician in Snohomish County

We are looking for individuals with experience in carpet cleaning, stripping, scrubbing and waxing hard surface floors to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license and willing to drive company vehicles.
• Must be willing to subject to a criminal background check, drug test and driving record check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Vaccination requirement enforced.

Hours: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM (subject to change). Monday - Friday. May be asked to work overtime and will be asked to work a variety of hours.

Description:

Responsibilities include carpet cleaning, stripping, scrubbing and waxing floors, pressure washing and window cleaning. Completing basic janitorial duties is also part of the role which includes general cleaning, collecting and disposing trash, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning and stocking restrooms.

Individuals may be asked to cover janitorial shifts, detail, dust, and clean walls, ledges, etc. Dusting/damp mopping hard surfaces and vacuuming (using backpack or upright vacuum) are also part of the role.

Completing the above tasks within an established time frame and minimal supervision is essential.

Machinery/Equipment/Tools Operated

Floor scrubber, Burnisher, Buffer, Vacuum, Extractor, Pressure Washer, and any other floor care equipment as needed. Vacuums (backpack and upright), carts, mops and buckets, brooms, scrapers, spray bottles, hoses, brushes, ladders, dust wands, and dust mops.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work near hazardous equipment and/or machinery, walk on uneven ground, be exposed to dust, gas or fumes, and work at heights from a 12-foot ladder.
• Must be willing to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
• Able at least 50 pounds frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
