Janitorial Night Cleaner (West Linn) Job at Millennium Building Services
Our team is actively seeking night cleaners to join us in our commitment to quality service and professionalism. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about cleanliness and paying attention to detail. Ideal candidates have good work ethic, a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for cleaning parts of the building and keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming, and emptying trash receptacles and replacing the lining (bags) of trash cans if applicable. Job responsibilities and duties will vary based on location. Below is a list of the primary responsibility and duties of the job:
· Sweep and or mop floors.
· Clean areas of the building by emptying trash and recycle.
· Use cleaning solutions to clean surfaces, mirrors, windows.
· Dust furniture, doors, and desks.
· Clean and or stock restrooms.
Qualifications:
- Must have adequate transportation.
- Must be efficient and have attention to detail.
- Must be a good communicator with the MBS team and property managers.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand for longer periods.
Type: Part-time and Full-time available
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Upon accepting the position, you will also be subject to:
· Demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.A.
