Established commercial cleaning company in Cumberland is hiring an experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor. This critical role is part of the management team and will report directly to the President of the company. Our ideal Cleaning Services Supervisor candidate has experience managing multiple off-site work teams. Supervise the site teams by preparing staff schedules, hold accountable site cleaners and maintenance staff. Manage costs of overtime, supplies and inventory to produce the best financial outcome impacting Gross Margin. Attention to detail, keeping a notebook with updates and follow-up items for timely execution and cooperatively interfacing with management and site teams to ensure success in delivery of a high standard of service. Supervision of staff, facility operations, inventory and sales. Flexible full-time hours.
REQUIREMENTS
Regular site inspections of buildings and grounds.
Tracks inventory levels at assigned buildings and replenishes supplies as needed.
Superior customer service skills are required.
Spanish proficiency strongly recommended.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
