Jr. E-Commerce Manager Job at MRO Supply
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide support to our E-commerce site General Manager with clerical tasks, ensuring all related corporate procedures are well-organized and performed on time. A successful candidate should be able to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the company's needs and adhering to its policies. This position is remote. PST hours. Can be based anywhere in the world.
Job Details include:
Help to establish contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow
Manage information for internal and external communication including memos, emails, presentations, reports
Supervise the performance of clerical and administrative staff
Help executives arrange their daily schedule, setting up meetings, travel, and speaking engagements, and ensuring they follow their agenda
Receive and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Manage office filing system
Perform office management operations by keeping up with office supply inventory
Executive Assistant requirements are:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Confidentiality and discretion
Profound experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as major office gadgets and applications
Outstanding MS Office knowledge and English proficiency
A High School degree; PA diploma or certification will be a bonus
have interests that include: Ecommerce / Analytics, Marketing / Sales, Process management, and organization
be available from 9 AM - 3 PM PST Monday to Thursday, with some work on Fridays (can finish earlier)

Pay: $37,263.11 - $114,053.74 per year
