As a Jr. Product Listing Coordinator specializing in Fitment and Compatibility, you’ll have the opportunity to translate Outdoor Power Equipment and Powersports model data from various manufacturers to provide fitment for product listings on our company websites. You’ll be responsible for handling large amounts of data within Microsoft Excel and aligning data to conform with marketplace requirements, including ensuring the data is consumer friendly. You would act as support responsible for maintaining and updating our internal fitment database.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

An individual will be expected to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • Maintain accurate and up to date model information, including new model releases or building out new brands .
  • Perform adjustments to vehicle and fitment compatibility to listing information on company websites.
  • Research and complete missing information within the product data to help with customer relevance and usability.
  • Perform routine audits on completed models within specified guidelines, striving for 100% accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create and adjust models or processes to help build out our catalogs.
  • Maintain knowledge and updates to processes and guidelines within the marketplace requirements and internal fitment database.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge and experience using Google Workspace products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.
  • Advanced skills and in-depth knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Thorough knowledge of standard clerical procedures and operating office equipment including copiers, scanners, phone/voicemail system, and personal computer.
  • Ability to multitask between different systems. Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred, but willing to train

  • Channel Advisor, ARI (PartSmart) experience.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms, including lifting up to 25 pounds on occasion. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to operate an automobile.

Work Schedule & Environment
The work environment consists of working on-site in a standard office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and may require visits to the warehouse on occasion. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Required Experience

  • Minimum two years' experience working in an office/clerical and/or a customer service position (required).
  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • Preferred, but willing to train the right candidate - Minimum two years’ experience working in a role following catalog processes in ecommerce and/or in the powersports and outdoor equipment industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
