Designed by Martin Brudzinski, Mother Tongue will be a place for a night out for dinner with friends, a happy hour cocktail, or abusiness lunch or breakfastwith colleagues.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Juice Barista that ensures to deliver a unique and cohesive member service with our nutrition products for our Mother Tongue / HEIMAT location in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities include:
- Support a welcoming atmosphere with our nutrition products and fully stocked kiosk for our Mother Tongue and HEIMAT community.
- Prepare all juice bar drinks and wellness smoothies while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Maintain the inventory and disbursement for all nutrition ingredients and supplies for the Manager on Duty.
- Maintain member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class member experience, echoing the brand values.
- Follow and comply with established procedures, including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
- Support the management team with any necessary tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of as a barista in a juice bar environment including direct experience in client satisfaction. High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to proficiently use POS and CRM systems or any other computer programs required to meet the business needs of the club.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and prioritize as necessary.
Hourly pay rate: $18.00
