All American Lock Corporation is currently seeking a Junior Estimator. This position is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and is within our Construction Department.

All American Lock Corporation’s construction department is a leader in commercial doors, hardware, storefronts, and curtain walls. We are a full-service company that installs & repairs all types of doors, hardware, & glass.

Shift:
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Tasks:
- Perform blueprint material take-offs
- Categorize material lists per vendor and acquire pricing
- Assist with daily office tasks.
- File construction job prelims.
- Manage supplier conditional & unconditional releases.
- Help prepare customer statements, confirm received materials & assist with validating vendor bills
- Prepare and verify the accuracy of purchase orders.
- Help maintain accounting/construction records.
- Assist in Warehouse and inventory management.
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience using computers, including Quickbooks and Microsoft Office 365 (excel, word, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and construction processes such as Liens, Waivers, Insurance Certificates, City Contractor Business Licenses, Progress Billings, Managing Files, Records, and other office procedures.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
