Program Manager Level II Service Support Coordinator

Venesco LLC is seeking a Service Support Coordinator (Task VI) to support the Capability Development Oversight Group (CDOG) for the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) in Falls Church, VA. This Program Manager Level II support will monitor, coordinate, and plan projects using TMT.

This position will require a favorable Tier I (NACI) background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for strategic oversight and guidance for Air Force managed capability development execution activities funded by Defense Health Program RDT&E resources.
  • Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and Air Force Medical Readiness Agency activities. Revise or review policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design, as necessary to eliminate workflow or barriers to mission completion.
  • Create methodologies, scientific models, procedures and techniques to be applied to RDT&E of medical equipment or equipment systems.
  • Implement proactive quality improvement efforts in response to regulatory compliance and/or customer concerns. Complete associated reports and track until closure.
  • Sets short and long-term priorities, prioritizes leadership schedules based on difficulty of requirements and assignments such that the experience, training, and abilities of the staff are effectively utilized to meet organization needs.
  • Is the Office of Primary Responsibility for coordinating CDOG venues, meeting invitations, agenda distribution, participant tracking, read-a-head documents and presentations aggregation & coordination, and prepares a draft Executive Summary for HAF SG3/4A upon completion of CDOG meetings. Facilitate CDOG activities and report the status of to the Surgeon General’s Chief Scientist and Technology Director (Chief, S&T). Integrate decisions made during the CDOG into AFMS and DoD policy.
  • Conduct CDOG administrative, logistical and collaboration actions with internal/external customers e.g., CDOG, MAJCOMs and SGROC voting members.
  • Prepare read ahead, slides and documentation of proceedings SGROC
  • Creates methodologies, mathematical models, procedures and techniques to be applied to RDT&E of medical equipment or equipment systems generated during designated meetings.
  • Provide an executive summary to the Chief, S&T NLT five (5) business days after the conclusion of the designated meetings. Track open items, voting results and forward final product to Chief, S&T for validation (signature).
  • Provide CDOG Memorandums to the principals NLT five (5) business days after the conclusion of the meeting or the determination of the CDOG voting results (whichever is later).
  • Provide meeting minutes draft to Chief, S&T NLT ten (10) business days after the conclusion of the meeting or the determination of the CDOG voting results (whichever is later).
  • Ensure validated documents are delivered to the appropriate AFMS principals and an electronic version of the final documents are archived in the AFMRA/SG3/4A repository.
  • Update and maintain the CDOG membership contact list.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and working groups that routinely include MAJCOM and/or installation participation to formulate and develop AFMS strategy.
  • Conduct required research in preparation of draft requirement documents. Coordinate policies and procedures using JCIDS and all applicable directives.
  • Prepare status updates as required by Chief, S&T; SG3/4A; SGROC Voting Members, AFROC, and the JROC as reported by SG3Q.
  • Collect monthly metrics, analyze aggregate data and develop initial findings and recommendations for senior leaders to review as required by SG3/4A leadership
  • Collect and organize information from a variety of sources. Gather input from military, Government, and Contractor SMEs.
  • Attend SG3/4A leadership meetings; set up meeting rooms and equipment, record meeting minutes, track/report open action items and follow-up until closure.
  • Provide monthly status report NLT 5th of the month for the previous month to the COR IAW CDRL A003.
  • Minimum Education and Qualifications: The Government reserves the right to validate appropriate education and experience requirements of all contractor personnel. Contractor personnel performing tasks related to the CDOG Coordinator Service Support shall meet the following minimum requirements:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Logistics, or Healthcare related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in program or project management, logistics, information technology, requirements management, administrative support, or healthcare; or Substitution: Six (6) years of experience in program or project management, logistics, information technology, requirements management, administrative support, or healthcare in lieu of a Bachelors' degree.
