Mission

To ensure excellent customer experience in win/win partnership and to meet/exceed sales targets for Atlas Copco IAS products for the defined customers.


The Role

  • Assessment of our business position at our customers in the specified customer base (examples: forecasting, SWOT analysis, customer needs/expectations, market pricing, market share, revenue, customer input, competitive analysis, etc.)
  • Creation and execution of a yearly business plan with agreed-upon targets
  • Maintain and execute regular plant visits and US-based Tech Centers/Corporate Centers to meet agreed-upon goals and customer satisfaction
  • Create, adapt, and be able to present any customer-specific sales material for your territory
  • Execution of all applicable IAS sales strategies and being the solutions expert
  • Identify IAS products/solutions to penetrate new/existing customers to increase market share
  • Lead execution of Toyota/Nissan Corporate projects, including the transformation of competitive products
  • Be an active participant on the sales team for corporate purchases/projects destined for your territory
  • Partner with other IAS sales team members and Product Company IAS teams to deliver a great customer experience and results


Travel requirements/Location

  • Preferred locations to live: State of Georgia; greater Atlanta area preferred
  • Other locations will be considered depending on candidate
  • Depending on your home location, overnight travel will be required to customer manufacturing sites (Southeast US, Texas, and Canada) – estimated 2-4 overnights per month
  • Travel to our corporate office(s) for training and meetings as required


Educational requirements/experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent military background); focus in business or engineering is a benefit, but not a requirement
  • Background in industrial sales or manufacturing is a benefit but not a requirement
