Kitchen Staff/Cashier

To be eligible for hire, one must be able to perform various tasks in the kitchen ranging from food storage/preparation and serving. Prior kitchen experience will be prioritized.

This position includes (but is not limited to): cleaning the kitchen and following all federal and state laws regarding the sale of prepared hot food, cooking, frying, etc. and other duties which will be assigned upon hire. Kitchen workers and sales associates must perform daily deep cleaning programs outlined in checklist format. It is very important that you are able to follow this protocol in this format for regulatory maintenance and sanitation purposes.

Additionally, you must learn the safety procedures for the station's gas pumps in the event of an emergency. Complete duties and paid training will be provided by management. Lastly, you must be comfortable working with the general public and directing all comments to the manager on duty during your shift.

Krispy Krunchy Chicken expects all of our kitchen workers and sales associates to arrive to work on time and greet all customers with respect and professionalism. It is also important to remember that fast food restaurants are open almost every day of the year. Our attendants have a fixed schedule and must request time off 2 weeks in advance.

Required Skills:

- Prior kitchen/fast food service experience is preferred. Experience with cashiering and familiarity with the Massachusetts health and food worker guidelines will be prioritized!

- Ability to respectfully communicate with the public in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

-Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

-Ability to perform routine cleaning protocols from a checklist-format.

This includes a clean, professional appearance and attitude. Uniforms (t-shirts) will be provided after the completion of successful training.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
