Kelly Scientific is seeking a Laboratory Assistant near Ridgeville, SC.
Temp - 8 months
Shift: Part time 1st shift M-F
Pay rate: $15/hr
Seeking an entry level laboratory assistant to work independently in a sterile laboratory environment to join a dynamic team for one of our top clients in Ridgeville, SC.
No experience required! Training is provided.
This role requires following lab procedures such as:
- Autoclaving
- Lab maintenance
- Working in a sterile environment.
- Sorting seeds
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Some experience working with plants or a nursery is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently within an sterile environment
- Detailed work ethic, accountable and disciplined in actions.
- Willingness to take ownership and complete tasks on time.
- Ability and willingness to perform standing and sitting work in the sterile lab for extended periods of time.
- Organized, responsible and dependable.
