DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for completing tasks delegated by both the Crew Lead and Foreman. This includes setting up and breaking down company equipment, the use of company tools, and the operation of company vehicles.
Is able to follow instruction and carry out tasks given to them effectively.
Is able to safely and effectively operate a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to set and and break down traffic control equipment.
Has the ability to excavated with shovels and power tools effectively and efficiently with little to no supervision.
Can carry heavy loads up to 75 pounds in distances up to 100 feet.
Has the organization skills to get out and put away company equipment as directed.
Cleans out company vehicles at the end of each day in preparations for the next working day.
Loads the crews with materials needed for the following working day.
Can safely operate Dump Truck and navigate all quaries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be dependable and hard working.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be detailed oriented and organized.
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE:
H.S. Diploma or GED required.
Clean driving record
LANGUAGE COMPETENCY: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with your crew members, and understand instruction from your direct supervisors.
COMPUTER COMPETENCY: Ability to text and email.
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS: Ability to operate heavy equipment and drive trucks with trailers.
OTHER TRAINING OR CERTIFICATION: DMV licensure

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
