Restoration Builders, one of the nation's largest restoration contractors with a national presence, is seeking to add personable Laborers to its staff in the California market. As a Laborer, your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers through the completion of their home and commercial projects, while assisting lead workers on the job site.
Work includes but is not limited to:
Drywall
Framing
Flooring
Concrete
Masonry
Roofing
Siding
Carpentry
Interior remodels
Water mitigation
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the lead on a job site from start to finish
Participation in weekly safety meetings
Working directly with our customers to ensure all of their needs are met and the job is to their satisfaction
Ensure jobs are completed within budget and time allotted
Ladder use, roof navigation & attic inspections
Required Qualifications:
Great positive attitude
Valid Driver's License
Experience in construction Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude
Ability to follow instruction and work with those around you Able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, and lift ~50 lbs.
