About the role

We would prefer if the Laborer has the ability to obtain the following:

CDL
Osha 10 or 30 Certification
DOT Medical Card

The candidate should have the desire to obtain knowledge of outdoor construction and gain experience with grading and drainage; the candidate will be assisting with light site-work projects relating to the construction or maintenance of athletic fields. Some examples would include; removal of synthetic turf fields, installation of ball-stopper netting systems, fine grading a stone base, remediating small drainage issues, assisting with layout etc.

The Laborer role lays the foundation for a successful sports construction career; there is a path for quick advancement for the right candidate that is willing to learn and work hard.

Must Haves

• Driver's license
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. as the job requires.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be customer-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and be flexible.
• Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.

Travel

The position requires approximately 50%-60% Regional Travel.
