INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct comprehensive research of county records to establish surface and mineral ownership, while also verifying property title and leasehold ownership;
- Analyze research to determine necessary information for management and client review;
- Compile run sheets and/or abstracts, mineral ownership reports, flowcharts, and additional files to convey research findings;
- Perform HBP title examination;
- Meet strict deadlines and balance multiple project priorities;
