Landscape and Outside Maintenance Job at TCAT-Elizabethton
Landscape and Outside Maintenance will report directly to the President.
General Duties:
Landscape and Outside Maintenance shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Cut, trim, edge all grounds and campuses.
Weed control, mulching and updating of all landscape beds.
Trim all shrubbery and/or trees as needed or requested.
Planting of shrubs and other plants as needed or requested.
Water lawns and landscape as needed or requested.
Pressure wash parking lots, sidewalks, brick flower beds, etc.
Trash and debris pick up of all campuses.
Implement a fertilization schedule of grounds.
Maintain and service all mowing equipment and/or work with instructors on servicing.
General maintenance repair outside and inside, if needed.
Cleaning inside of facilities when weather prohibits outside landscape work.
As requested, run errands or perform other needed tasks as requested by the President or Vice- Presidents.
Other duties as assigned
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications, experience, education, and in accordance with the guidelines established by the Tennessee Board of Regents. Depending upon experience, the range is approximately $24K to $36K annually.
