Landscape Construction Foreman Job at Ideal Landscaping & Irrigation

As a leader in landscape design and construction, we take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our community. Our talented team is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality and safety, and we need a skilled Foreman to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew in a variety of landscape construction projects
- Oversee installation of irrigation systems, softscapes, grading, drainage, and hardscapes
- Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape construction, including irrigation and hardscape installation
- Skilled in the operation of skid-steers, mini excavators, and other equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from our Asheville office
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour or more, depending on experience
- Paid vacation and 401(k) plan available
- Full-time, 40 hours per week in a fun working environment
Location: Our office is located in Asheville, North Carolina. Applicants must reside in Asheville or nearby areas such as Woodfin, Fairview, Candler, Arden, Swannanoa, or Weaverville.
