LANDSCAPE SEASONAL MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

This working field manager position will have the opportunity become part of a truly diverse company and as a result have exposure to many aspects landscape development, restoration, fine gardening, design & seasonal maintenance. Lead by a team of Fine Gardeners, Project Managers, and Landscape Architects this individual will actively participate in execution of wide array of projects that make up the season. Opportunity for growth and advancement is encourage as our company works collectively frequently supporting each other. During peak periods extended work days and weeks may be required in order to meet business needs. This individual may at times be asked to assist other divisions as a key member of this growing company. The ideal candidate would be creative and focused; have aspirations of greatness; and be open to putting in the extra effort when needed to see a project through. SEASONAL FOREMAN

• A degree in a related field preferred
• This is a working field manager position
• Must have experience operating various types of equipment
• 3-5 years of experience in landscape construction and seasonal maintenance
• Experience in planting and transplanting over-sized plant material a plus
• Irrigation experience and ornamental plant knowledge desired
• Licensed Pesticide Applicator for MA and NH desired not required however
• Ability to obtain or have a DOT Medical card required
• CDL license desired not required however
• Masonry installation and layout experience desired
• Weekend availability required on occasion
• Snow removal experience a plus
• Team player and the desire to work on a wide range of projects required

LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT / SEASONAL MAINTENANCE / SNOW CREW MEMBERS

• A degree in a related field preferred but will train the right candidate
• 2-4 years of experience in landscape construction and seasonal maintenance
• Experience in planting and transplanting over sized plant material a plus
• Irrigation experience and ornamental plant knowledge a plus
• Licensed Pesticide Applicator for MA and NH desired not required however
• Ability to obtain or have a DOT Medical card required
• CDL license desired not required however
• Masonry installation experience a plus
• Snow removal experience a plus and will be required
• Weekend availability required on occasion
• Team player and the desire to work on a wide range of projects required

STONE MASON

• A great opportunity for the right candidate to join a stable growing company working on a wide array of projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in the erection of a variety of high end residential masonry installations like: dry laid New England Field Stone and Granite Walls, block work related to stone veneer walls & building facades, all levels of veneer stone work, custom field cutting and cap laying, setting of custom created masonry components etc..
• Must be skilled with handsets, points and traces and able to cut 5 sided stones
• 3-5 years of experience in landscape construction a plus
• Ability to obtain or have a DOT Medical card required
• CDL license desired not required however
• Full & Part Time Positions available
• Weekend availability required on occasion
• Snow removal experience a plus
• Team player and the desire to work on a wide range of projects required

FINE GARDENING CREW MEMBERS

• A degree in a related field preferred
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs
• 1-2 years of experience in gardening maintenance with a focus on ornamental plants, including perennials, and annuals.
• Fine gardening, container, design and maintenance experience desired
• Interior planting design & maintenance experience desired
• Holiday and event decorating experience desired
• Structural and aesthetic pruning experience a plus
• Ability to obtain or have a DOT Medical card required
• Snow removal experience a plus
• Team player and the desire to work on a wide range of projects required

Benefit Conditions:

• Only full-time employees eligible
