LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER:
Salary / Wage $16- $18 PER HOUR
Full Time- 40 HOUR WEEK
Relevant Work Experience
Prefer minimum residential and/or commercial landscape experience

JOB SUMMARY
Landscape Crew Member, is a working team member that services commercial / residential property; lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, fertilization, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Mow grass and prune trees and shrubs
• Treat lawn and landscaping with pesticides to remove harmful insects
• Maintain the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival
• Plant new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs
• Rake fallen leaves and remove debris
• Properly store and handle all equipment, tools, sprinklers, etc.
• Oversee maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, and hardscape walkways

REQUIREMENTS High school degree or equivalent

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping a plus
• Must know how to operate lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Must pass background check and drug testADA

Physical demands require constantly moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Frequently ascends/descends a ladder to perform work. Frequently operates machinery and will use hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials. Frequently required to stand and walk, lift and/or move up to 50 to over 100 lbs. with assistance. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Constantly required to communicate with ability to talk and hear.

1. EMPLOYEE COMPLETED THE 90 DAYS EVALUATION PERIOD
2. EMPLOYEE MUST WORK FULL QUARTER TO PARTICIPATE
