Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent experience
- Must possess the ability to read and understand blueprints of Irrigation and Landscape designs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Blubeam revu
- Professional communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and priority setting skills
- Landscape construction experience (3 years min)
- Work from Home
Responsibilities
- As a part-time Estimator, you are responsible for take offs/ estimates/proposals
- You will occasionally need to discuss project goals and specifics with general contractors if necessary in order to create proposals and come up with ideas for accurate bidding.
- You will coordinate with the Field Supervisors as needed for successful job execution
- Responsible for accurate estimates/proposals for construction projects.
- Asses projects by identifying project requirements (in regard to time, labor, and material costs)
- Make updates to signed contracts if change orders are needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
