The Lawn Care Worker will perform general lawn and landscaping maintenance on our commercial and residential properties.

Essential Functions

• Mowing Grass
• Operating lawn care tools like trimmers, edgers, ride-on lawn mowers etc.
• Maintaining gardens and flower beds
• Trimming hedges and trees
• General clean-up and trash removal
• Shoveling snow from walkways in the wintertime
• Complete other lawn care-related tasks as needed based

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to use common lawn care tools
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Enough physical stamina to remain standing for most of the day
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous lawn care experience is preferred but not required

Physical Demands

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position will occasionally lift heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor. Will have exposure to variable weather, extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Travel

Travel is local to OKC and surrounding areas during the business day.
