About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Lead Business Execution Consultant to be part of the Growth & Customer Engagement organization in its Merchant Services business. This role has responsibility for Merchant Services merchant agreement documentation and related processes. This includes management of merchant package terms and conditions, disclosures, desktop guides, change reviews, and cross-channel coordination between all boarding applications.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of numerous merchant agreement documents to ensure pricing changes, legal content updates, card network operating rules and other legal addendums are current, accurate, and in adherence with appropriate policies and regulations.
  • Act as process owner for updating and maintaining merchant packages, ensuring a clear and efficient process is in place, aiming to simplify and streamline merchant packages.
  • Take responsibility for content development, writing, and editing documents using proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling with a sharp focus on eliminating errors.
  • Route documents to various teams for approvals, including gaining ADA compliance.
  • Partner with others to publish documents.
  • Manage centralized storage of inventory and approvals, maintaining accurate and organized electronic files in accordance with policies, ensuring requirements are met and documented.
  • Develop detailed requirements for boarding applications.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in electronic payments or payment card industry
  • Financial services industry experience - merchant services industry experience highly preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining merchant agreement documents
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Proficiency in building presentations and communications, with ability to simplify the complex
  • Demonstrated initiative or project delivery experience with an emphasis on meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated track record of working effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, and building superior partnerships with a broad set of partners.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with process improvements, risk management, and controls
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills (MS Teams, Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
