This position is responsible for the configuration and administration of business systems and the processes to enable system changes that alter the behavior of the application in a controlled manner. This position makes system changes working on projects or processes within job area and receiving supervision and guidance on non-routine issues and new situations. Strong relationship building and collaboration skills working with other areas and departments of the company will be key to success in this role.

What you do

  • System admin and support for our General Ledger and Planning and Budgeting Applications running on Cloud-Based Oracle Fusion Platform
  • Support for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and File Transfer tools such as Globalscape.
  • Support reporting applications such as BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Create and support automation scripts with Oracle’s EPM Automate tool
  • Support systems including servers, vendor applications, software installs and upgrades
  • Support team with diverse skills and flexibility when needed to support other applications and systems within the group
  • Contribute and create solutions to enhance efficiencies for the Shared IT systems
  • Create technical documentation and updates as needed
  • Partner with vendors to report and escalate issues and drive resolution
What you bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required including knowledge and experience with application support and system administration
  • An understanding of servers, databases, and scripting languages required
  • Experience in General Ledger/Accounting applications is required
  • Previous experience with any of the following accounting platforms preferred:
  • PeopleSoft
  • SAP
  • Workday
  • Oracle Fusion

Salary range $72,633 to $108,950 per year.
