Lead Exhibits Attendant - Full-Time Job at WonderWorks
WonderWorks is looking for our next Full-Time Lead Exhibits Attendant (PM) to join our amazing team. WonderWorks is an indoor amusement park for the mind with 40,000 square feet of “edu-tainment”. The attraction combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands-on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination.

Exhibits Lead- PM Shift (4:30 pm - 12:30 am)
Job Responsibilities include:
- Welcomes, greets, and interacts with guests and team members, providing exemplary customer service.
- Explains and operates exhibits in a safe manner.
- Under the direction of the Manager on Duty, coordinate Exhibit Attendants position rotation, meal breaks, and cleaning assignments.
- Report Exhibit issues to Manager on Duty throughout shift to ensure routine maintenance occurs, and issues are resolved.
- Assists in other departments as needed.
- Acts as an Exhibits trainer, guiding and teaching new hires.
- Maintains attraction and exhibit appearance according to WonderWorks standards by cleaning floor surface, dusting counters and displays using cloths, brooms, brushes and/or cleaning agents
- Follow and complete daily checklist for required departmental duties.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Exhibits department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements: Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred, not required. Must be available to work full-time 32-40 hours per week, Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. On the job training is provided upon joining.
