As Lead Plumbing Construction Estimator/Division Manager, you will have a dynamic position that spans both estimating and managing plumbing projects, giving you the ability to see a project from bid to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, taking off plumbing projects for a complete estimate and managing all phases of ongoing projects including managing schedules, interacting with the project owner, approving expenses, etc. In addition, this position would oversee all construction plumbing staff including project managers, estimators, superintendents, and field staff. The right person for this position will be a self-starter with proven leadership capability who is looking for a position with strong growth potential.
