As a Lead Retail Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with purchasing decisions, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales floor. To be a successful Lead Retail Associate, you should have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with customers by providing them with a positive shopping experience.

Store hours: Tuesday-Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturday 9AM-3PM

Essential Functions of a Lead Retail Associate:

• Accept customer payments

• Stock product inventory, assist with yearly inventory count, process warehouse transfers
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Greet customers in polite and friendly manner, provide pool and spa information
• Conduct water analysis and explain results (will train)
• Open and close the store when manager is not present
• Oversee staff when manager is not there
• Perform other duties assigned by management, assist management

Qualifications for a Lead Retail Associate:

• Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills (professional, energetic & personable)
• Must have a good command of the English language both verbally and written.
• Must be able to work individually with minimal supervision, but also within a team environment when necessary or required.
• Individual must be highly organized with an exceptional ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Safety, dependability, good attendance and a willingness to learn in a drug free environment must be priorities of the applicant.
