Lead Staffing Coordinator - .6 Day shift. 7:30 am to 8:00 pm and weekend shifts may be included.

This is a combined Timekeeping/Staffing/Kronos expert role. In collaboration with Nursing Leadership, processes payroll/time data in accordance with labor contracts to partner with systems payroll to produce complete and accurate payroll checks for the staff supported by this service. Other responsibilities include: all payroll close activities. Supports the Operations Coordinator and Operations Manager of the Regional Clinical Resources Department for various assigned responsibilities. Provides a variety of staffing functions and services for the Department of Nursing. In addition to the staffing and timekeeping responsibilities, this position will act as a resource for questions related to Kronos functionality which will promote standardization of best practices throughout the region. Provides follow-up and support to customer needs. This position requires attention to detail in all work.

Required qualifications:

  • 3 years nursing experience, other hospital experience, or staffing/scheduling experience.
  • 1 year Kronos experience in last five years or 6 months of Kronos experience in the last 12 months.
  • 1 year staffing/scheduling experience within Kronos in last five years or 6 months of staffing/scheduling experience within Kronos in the last 12 months.
  • Kronos time/attendance, scheduling/staffing experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year timekeeping/payroll experience within Kronos in last five years or 6 months of timekeeping/payroll experience within Kronos in the last 12 months.
