Developing Minds Academy is currently seeking a qualified Lead Teacher.
As a Lead Teacher, you must have exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, especially with parents, as well as patience, flexibility and effective classroom management skills. You will manage effective classroom transitions and maintain open and continuous communication with parents as well as your colleagues and the preschool director.
Strong candidates for a Lead Teacher should be career minded, flexible and passionate about teaching young children. M-F, Full Time position available for candidates with experience in a preschool setting.

Although a degree in Early Childhood is not mandatory, you must be willing to attain one during your position with developing Minds Academy.
As a Lead Teacher you must also be prepared to do ongoing assessments on the children in your care along with portfolios and parent teacher conferences.
