Located in Kensington, NH Alnoba encompasses 600-acres of forests, fields, ponds, trails and exceptional outdoor sculptures by internationally renowned sculptors. This space provides a natural place for reflection, and inspiration for creating change.

The Position

The Org Advisor/leadership coach will coach leaders and facilitate offsites for non-profit and for-profit organizations to get results. This role reports to the SVP of Pinnacle Leadership and Team Development. Specific duties include:

• Coaching leaders weekly/ensuring focus on #1 goal
• Attend weekly performance report out and assess if team is taking big enough actions to achieve goals
• Provide weekly follow-up reports focused on improving results w/specific recommendations for individuals coached
• Use the Pinnacle Leadership and Team Development Model to facilitate top leader offsites

A successful Candidate Profile

• Must have extensive experience in leadership and coaching with proven results
• Possess the ability to observe behaviors and assess performance based on facts
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with diverse groups of stakeholders to achieve measurable results.
• Possesses a high level of Emotional Maturity and Integrity
• Able to give and receive open, honest and direct feedback.
• Able to go outside of your comfort zone for your growth and the growth of leaders
• Strong desire to grow and make a big difference
• Able to travel between Boston and Kensington, NH and internationally.

Candidates 2023 Goals:

Compensation and Benefits – $120k salary

Job Location – Office located Kensington, NH but works up to 2 days a week in Boston. Must be able to travel internationally.

Additional Requirements - All eligible candidates will be required to complete a Predictive Index (PI) to determine skill fit and team fit. As a condition of employment, all candidates must complete a drug screen & background check.
