Leasing Agent Position Available at Airmark Apartments (Tukwila) -- Excellent Career Opportunity.

We currently have an opening for an experienced full time Leasing Agent at Airmark Apartments in Tukwila, WA, who will assist in resident leasing and renewals. *This position includes working on weekends!* The right candidate will have a can-do attitude, is a self-starter and works well in a team. We offer:

*$18 - $20 /hour, DOE

*Full time employees earn 144 Hours or 18 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential. (*Differs for Part Time employees)

*Options for tuition assistance for programs like WMFHA, IREM, NAA, and other industry classes/certifications.

*Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Provided starting the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment. (*Plans are provided by Kaiser Permanente, Dental select, and EyeMed.

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

*Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.

*HUD Experience required.

*Professional verbal and written communication skills.

*Strong organizational and time-management skills.

*Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions.

*Ability to read and comprehend reports.

*Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.

*Ability to multi-task.

*Ability to make quick and effective decisions.

*Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment

*Hard worker with a willingness to learn

*Consistent work history and verifiable references

*Minimum 1 year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred

*High School Diploma or Equivalent

*Ability to pass drug/background and reference check

*Valid driver's license.
