We seek a Full-Time Leasing Professional to join our team at Gates de Provence Apartments.

Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents.
(GIT Leasing Professional development is included through our training centers!)

As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic office team and report to our Community Manager.

Location:

• Engage and welcome guests upon entering
• Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
• Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
• Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
• Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
• Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
• Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
• Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week.
• Assist sister properties

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of leasing experience in property management or relevant experience in customer service and sales, plus the following credentials/skills:

• Passion for assisting others
• Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm about new challenges, and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
• Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office
• Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
