Legal Division Manager Job at PAM Transport
PAM Transport is looking to add a Legal Division Manager for the Risk Department!
General Purpose:
To continuously monitor and accurately respond to corporate claims, charges, lawsuits, and the like, brought against the organization.
To proactively inspect, verify and ensure compliance issues within the organization.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Advise the company’s management teams on risk management and legal compliance issues in specific projects and operations
· Maintain accurate and current records in accordance with directives provided by Risk Management
· Analyze and report data to better equip the company to avoid and/or mitigate risk
· Provide hands-on risk assessment to assure controls are operating effectively and provide research and analytical support
· This position requires a large-encompassing control of corporate legal matters. This could include matters concerning employment claims, liability lawsuits, contract reviews, detained equipment, demand letters, regulatory compliance, and internal risk controls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
