Summary/Objective:
The Contract Legal Recruiter’s purpose is to provide recruiting support and service commitment daily for the internal hiring managers. The focus of this position is to ramp up hiring for our Internal Legal Division. The ideal candidate would be local to Sunrise, FL to facilitate the onboarding process for all new hires.
Essential Functions
- Meet the specific needs of internal customers (Hiring Managers) by recruiting, evaluating, presenting and placing skilled labor candidates for contract and direct hire.
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment.
- Schedule interviews between internal customers and candidates as appropriate.
- Keep all key stakeholders involved and informed through various stages of the recruiting process.
- Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews in a timely manner.
- Present and negotiate job offers, close the transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Education and Experience

- 2+ years experience recruiting for legal positions
- 2+ years recruiting and/or human resources experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Assertive, outgoing personality
- Proficiency in MS Office environment
- Experience with web based applicant tracking systems
