Title: Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities
- Ensure the US compliance is align with the internal policy, ruling, guidelines and external laws & regulations;
- Deal with US cargo claim-related affairs;
- Conduct the research and investigating cases including looking into US laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Any other assignment directed by the Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Considerable knowledge of the operation of state government, state and federal laws and regulations
- Ability to organize, plan, research, and analyze often complex legal issues and to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a Compliance-related or managed cargo-related field
- 1~3 year of overall combined legal compliance experience
- Excellent command of English is required.
- Good command of Mandarin is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
