We are looking for a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to come join our team full-time in
Branford FL!
We are a nonprofit healthcare provider committed to bringing quality, affordable primary care, and preventive services to patients in Branford and the surrounding communities we serve.
The LCSW is responsible for providing behavioral health services to referred PMG patients in the form of, but not limited to, crisis intervention, brief psychotherapy, health management, and traditional mental health services (when appropriate). The LCSW will report to the Chief Medical Officer, serve as part of the care team, collaborating, consulting, and referring, to coordinate all treatment needs.
Responsibilities include:
Provide necessary behavioral health services to the patients that need emergency assessment, care coordination, brief psychotherapy, and recommendations for higher level of care, promote health maintenance and prevention of disease, be available after hours to treat or triage behavioral health emergencies as deemed necessary, share in providing extra coverage, documentation, assume the supervision of any staff as deemed by the Chief Medical Officer, along with any other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
- Be able to work independently and part of a team
- Be expected to travel to other sites during provider absences
- Expect to coach, mentor, and train clinical staff
- Maintain necessary certifications
- Follow safety and OSHA requirements
Licenses & Certifications:
- Master’s degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school of social work
- Current and Valid LCSW license in the State of Florida
- Current BLS (basic life support) Certification
