Contract Clinician Job Description

We are seeking fully licensed, compassionate, skilled clinicians with experience in adolescent mental health who can provide later afternoon or evening hours to accommodate client school schedules on a part-time basis. We provide the clients, marketing, technology, and billing support. You bring your training and expertise with providing evidence-based treatment for youth and young adults.

How You’re Supported at Joon

• Paid live training with clinical leadership
• Paid weekly consultation groups with clinical leadership
• Proprietary electronic medical record, assessment tools, treatment planning, and clinical content
• Dedicated admin team handling client coordination, billing, and support services

Requirements

• Licensed by a state board to provide mental health counseling services (LMHC; LMFT; LCSW/LICSW; LPC; LPCC; PsyD; PhD; or similar).
• Experience in therapy with adolescents and young adults ages 13-24.
• Training in use of evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy and/or dialectical behavioral therapy.
• Professional liability insurance in the amount of at least one million dollars per occurrence or claim and three million dollars in the aggregate annually.
• Reliable internet connection and your own computer for provision of teletherapy.
• Experience with disordered eating, OCD, suicidality, and co-occurring medical/neurodevelopmental conditions a plus!

Compensation

• Hourly rate starting at $55/hour with built-in pay increase over time.
