Licensed Clinicians

Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking full time and part time Licensed Clinicians who are willing to treat Adults and/or Children in our Uniontown, PA Outpatient office and/or our Connellsville, PA Outpatient Office. Acceptable License will be: LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LPC. Positions are in office however, there may be opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week.

The Outpatient therapist works from a recovery framework within the Outpatient team providing individual psychotherapy using psycho therapeutic interventions (evidenced based practices preferred), and cultural competence to help individuals obtain their recovery goals.

The Outpatient therapist completes intakes that are a comprehensive assessment of children and adolescents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive initial intakes and formulate diagnosis based upon assessment to the assigned new or readmitted individual consumers
• Participates in team meetings, individual supervision, group supervision to review progress on cases in order to ensure communication and comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Views individuals from a strengths approach in preparation of treatment plans, with a focus on recovery.
• Complete progress notes on all patients, in the EMR, in timely fashion and as per regulatory compliance.
• Complete treatment plans with behavioral and measurable based goals.
• Complete all necessary phone calls, paperwork for each patient and other documentation in a timely fashion utilizing the EMR.
• Complete all required reports and other paperwork in timely manner and as per regulatory compliance.
• Participates in required clinical training and supervision sessions.
• Participates in required agency meetings; attends in service training in order to meet mandated training hours and licensing standards.
• Maintains individual caseload and schedule independently and responsibly, and as per agency needs and within scheduled hours of operation.
• Performs other duties as required.

FBI Clearance
DHS Child Abuse Certification
Master's Degree from an Accredited Program
PA Mental Health License in good standing
