We are seeking a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer to oversee the final arrangements of our clients. A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who can balance the emotional ups and downs that accompany the death of a loved one. The ideal candidate is a motivated and energetic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction to location leadership in order to effectively and profitably manage the business, finances, marketing, customer growth and human resources.
- Foster a sense of ownership in the location and pride in the staff.
- Manage costs in a disciplined manner and encourage profitable case volume growth.
- Act as an intermediary between the bereaved family and trusted local funeral homes.
- Advocate for your customers' needs.
- Leave a lasting impression on your customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Embalming: 1 year (Preferred)
- Funeral directing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- TN Funeral Director/ Embalmer's License (Required)
