As an Licensed Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, maintain customer, retention and meet sales goals. You will help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. This will be performed with the flexibility of a hybrid remote work experience - utilizing the phone, emails, and in-person sales. Follow-up and strong organizational skill are key.

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies
• Must be excellent at getting appointments from a cold start.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
• Execute, plan and implement office processes
• Maintain reports and records of insurance policies
• Process applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills
