Looking for a Commercial Service (Journeyman) Plumber in the Reading, Leesport, Allentown, Lancaster and Pottstown, PA areas.

Berkshire Mechanical is a complete commercial/light-industrial mechanical contractor that has been serving Berks, Montgomery, Lancaster, Lehigh, and Schuylkill counties for over 25 years.

Primary duties:

• Trouble shoot drains and water lines that are not working properly and replace parts that are defective
• Install/ replace sinks, toilets, faucets, appliances and all related lines, including electric for appliances
• Understand and troubleshoot the following: Water Heaters, Water filters, Disposals, Sewer lines- use sewer machine, camera, locator, and jetter, Pumps- circulators, ejectors, constant pressure, well, Mixing valves, Heat exchangers
• Be accurate and timely with service orders, timecards, and related paperwork
• Member of on call plumbing rotation
• Be neat and clean on jobsite and maintenance of truck

Qualifications:

• Prefer at least 3 years of experience specific to plumbing service
• Knowledge of basic electricity and other electrical safety
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and stand, lift and move heavy objects
• Journeyman license needed
• Experience in hydronics
• Experience in sewer clearing, camera, and jetting
