We are looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to work on a full-time or part time basis. Massage Heights in Mission Viejo (over 8 years) in rapidly growing in South Orange County. Our location is in one of the NICEST areas of Orange County (in Prime Shopping Centers), with spacious rooms, top of the linens and bedding, and use state-of-the art hydraulic massage tables. We also have our own line of proprietary massage lotions, oils, and aromatherapy - that our guests love!

We place an emphasis on hiring and training the best therapeutic Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) in the business. The majority of our Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) have been with us for several years and provide our members with top notch swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage modalities, just to name a few. *Our typical massage therapist makes between $35 to $45.00 per hour (including tips) CONSISTENTLY." Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Benefits:

• Large, steady, immediate clientele base - and growing every day. Full time or part time options (we never turn away a talented LMT regardless of schedule).
• Ergonomic workplace including hydralic Oakworks tables, and honeycomb flooring. Fully stocked treatment rooms: hot towel and hot stone warmers, cold stones, sports balm, essential oils, vegan massage lotion, high thread count linens, eye pillows, table warmers, etc.
• Competitive base pay, tips, commission, sick pay, and vacation pay.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Requirements:

• Have a CA Massage Therapist License
• Knowledge of various massage therapy modalities (the more the better): Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, neuromuscular, sports, myofascial release, craniosacral, reflexology, accupressure, shiatsu, rehabilitation work, and lymphatic drainage.
• Perform three consecutive 50 minute massage therapy sessions back to back. Suggest treatment plans for your clients.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Responsibilities:

• Show up to work on time for your scheduled shifts.
• Set up and break down your treatment room.
• Bring back your massage therapy clients on time.
• Professionally communicate with your clients during sessions (pressure, focus areas, etc) Help with team work and contribute to the Massage Heights team as a whole.
• Offer massage therapy treatment plans to your clients in order to see progress in their health and well-being
