Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Oversee treatment and care of clients seeking treatment for substance use, mental health, and mood disorders
• Running clinical groups, providing individual therapy, and providing family therapy/support for clients in programming
• Overseeing treatment plans and progress for designated case load

Compensation: $57,500-73,000 Annual Salary (based on license and experience)

Our program is specifically designed for teens struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our whole person treatment program helps teens learn healthy coping skills and resiliency. We are looking for a licensed clinician to provide individual sessions, run therapeutic groups, and provide family therapy for the clients in the program.

Training & Experience:

• Clinical Licensure in the state of Colorado is required
• Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, or residential setting.
