St. Croix Health is currently seeking seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team of highly dedicated professionals. The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing assessment and therapy services to clients of all ages with a variety of mental health needs. We offer the opportunity to develop your practice in specific areas of interest. Essential Duties:

• 
  Establish mental health diagnoses according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders
• Assess mental health needs and design individualized care plans for each patient including plan for psychotherapeutic treatments
• Provide individual, group and family therapy services
• Maintain timely completion of patient therapy records through electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.

Education and Licensure:

• Masters Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent
• Current Licensure or Immediately Licensure Eligible in Wisconsin as Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Experience working with Substance Abuse Disorders and/or Additional Certification in Addictions desirable but not required

Experience:

• Two (2) years of outpatient mental health care experience preferred
