Parkview Manor Nursing Home is looking for a Nursing Home Administrator to join our team!
Parkview Manor Nursing Home is accepting applications for an Administrator. Parkview Manor is a 37-bed long term care center located in Ellsworth, MN. This is a full time, salaried position. Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to conduct the ongoing business of the nursing home to assure that the resident’s highest quality of life and level of care is maintained. Responsible for all business operations, including management of the assets of the care center; hiring, training, promotion, discipline and termination of employees; and for establishing and maintaining the business organization and structure to efficiently conduct the management functions of the nursing home. Plan for and administer programs providing service in accordance with the nursing home’s stated mission and purpose in such a manner that optimum results are achieved in relation to the resources of the nursing home.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is necessary. A degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet the licensure requirements of this State.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000
