What is the opportunity?

The LPN will report to the Medical Director with a dotted line to the Center Director. They will be responsible for delivering the 21st century experience members expect from our revolutionary practice. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and proactive in their approach to both clinical and administrative work. This role requires that each and every member is put at ease and receives the highest standard of personal care by keeping their emotional journey in mind, making them feel safe, empowered, educated and confident about their health.

What will you do?

This position is an integral part of Fountain Life’s overall mission to help people Live Longer and Live Better. The LPN will demonstrate exceptional clinical judgment and timely decision making to ensure member needs are appropriately addressed. They will consult with members on treatments and services, administer treatments and coordinate plans for member care, all the while collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.

  • Assess members: collect and document their current health status and medical history

  • Consult with and educate members on treatments available

  • Maintain records on treatments provided

  • Promptly report any adverse events or patient dissatisfaction to the Center Director

  • Retain members through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols

  • Protect members and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols

  • Read and interpret EKG readings

  • Maintain effective and efficient use of medication, equipment and supplies

  • Work with providers to prescribe medications

  • Administer prescribed medication

  • Start and monitor IV infusions

  • Transcribe and implement doctors’ orders

  • Assist other members of the healthcare team in providing direct patient care

  • Share professional knowledge and learning with other team members

  • Maintain confidentiality of all information related to participants, medical staff and employees

  • Complete post-treatment calls in a timely manner (24-48 hours) Schedules follow up as appropriate

  • Other tasks as assigned

Must-Have’s:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an aesthetics setting

  • Master’s or BS from an accredited school of nursing

  • State Valid LPN license

  • IV Experience

  • Excellent organizational and record management skills

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills

  • ACLS certified

Nice-to-Have’s:

  • Tech friendly and open to expanding knowledge of client management database/MS Office/Google Workspace, etc.

  • Managerial experience

  • IV certification a plus
