Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Able to provide local community information about potential properties
  • Help clients in pricing their home / Assist clients in looking for their perfect home
  • Nurture relationships with clients to produce more sales
  • Following up with leads
  • Able to provide a personal approach with every encounter
  • Making outbound and inbound calls
  • Personally motivated to achieve a goal
  • Capable of working successfully as part of a team while being able to work independently

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Real-Estate License
  • Must be willing to commit full-time
  • Exceptional in organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding sales history
  • People-oriented, optimistic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Communicates effectively (oral and written)
  • Eager and willing to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Hard-working mindset is an essential
  • Must remain accountable to themselves and the team
