Positions hired for offices outside of the Syracuse area will start as telemed and then move to a hybrid setting of seeing patients in the office and via telemed.

• Clear and active?professional?license issued by the NYS Office of the Professions
• Due to credentialling restrictions must reside in the following counties: Onondaga, Oswego, Oneida, Madison, Cortland, Cayuga, Monroe, Livingston, Steuben, Wayne, Ontario, Yates, Schuyler, Chemung, Seneca, Tompkins, Tioga, Broome, Jefferson, St Lawrence, Lewis, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Herkimer, Franklin, Hamilton, Fulton, Montgomery, Clinton, Essex. Currently expanding further into the greater Albany area to include Greene, Albany, Schoharie, Schenectady, Columbia, Rensselaer, etc
