Large managed care company is looking for Licensed Social Workers to work hybrid role (remote/field blend) position in Stephenson and Jo Daviess Countys, IL. Great day shift position with hourly pay plus mileage. Please apply with updated resume today.

Travel in the Stephenson and JoDavies counties is required for this position.
Active LSW or equivalent license is required to be considered for the position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
Job Summary:
- Determines medical necessity/ appropriateness
Facilitates optimal outcomesIdentifies and follow through with continuous quality/ compliance opportunities .
- May also include identification of aberrance's and initiation of corrective action
- Educates/ empowers customers to ensure compliance, satisfaction and promote patient advocacy
- Optimize total costs
- Implementation and evaluation of policy based on usage and program directives
- Educate/empower colleagues at all levels to enable decision making at most appropriate levelQualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or social services field or human services.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in case management
- Willing and able to travel using your own vehicle 50-75% of their time to meet with members face to face in Stephenson/JoDavies Counties Illinois
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Bachelor's Degree in Social services, human services or
behavioral health.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
