As a line cook at The Sitting Duck, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment - Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends
